Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at cutmix8@gmail.com and we'll help.
You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" in the Pro window. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and won't renew.
