These terms are an agreement between you and Cutmix ("Cutmix", "we", "us"), the provider of the Cutmix video mixing service. By using Cutmix, including by continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you use Cutmix for an organization, you confirm you may bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
Cutmix lets you cut short clips from your own videos and combine them into a longer video in your browser. Free use needs no account. Cutmix Pro is a paid subscription with longer mixes, 1080p export, unlimited AI clean-up and no ads.
Your videos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. For AI clean-up we receive small still pictures from your clips only to label them and do not keep them. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for how you use the videos you make. Using short clips does not by itself make use of someone else's content lawful.
If you believe Cutmix is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at the address below with details. We may suspend accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
You must not use Cutmix unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe intellectual property; to create deceptive deepfakes, hate speech or illegal content; or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping or getting around usage limits). You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
Pro members sign in with an email link. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for giving accurate information.
Cutmix keeps all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; if you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.
AI clean-up can make mistakes and may keep or remove clips wrongly. Check your video before publishing.
We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Cutmix at any time.
